Pack Futures Team Makes it to Hub Cup College Showcase Finals

This past weekend the Jr. Wolf Pack made it to the finals in the well known Hub City Hub Cup which takes place in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

With no more than 13 players for each game the Jr. Pack were able to beat the Northern Mass Cyclones, Express USA, and the Global Hockey Selects before losing to the eventual champion Bridgewater Bandits.

"We were able to beat some very good teams and we were able to do it with a tiny bench. We were a last minute team and a lot of our guys could only make a game here or there because of school and other obligations. It was good to see our team do well, I was proud of those guys they were exhausted by the end of the weekend," said Coach Cerrella.

This weekend has helped make some good ground work as players from all over the east coast were able to see that Hartford is not going to be happy with not making the playoffs last season and they are very committed to finding the best players out there.
