On Saturday they visited Dix Hills NY and the Long Island Rebels. The Rebels came out fast, taking leads of 1-0 and 2-1 into the first intermission. In the second period the Wolf Pack found their stride scoring 3 unanswered goals. They finished up with one goal in the third period while holding the Rebels scoreless the rest of the way earning a 5 - 2 victory.
On Sunday the Pack traveled to Hamilton, NJ for an AYHL meeting with the Mercer Chiefs. The visitors came out strong scoring 3 first period goals and never looked back on their way to a 6 - 1 win. All aspects of the Wolf Pack's game were clicking. They once again outshot their opponent and killed off 3 different 2 man short handed situations. "We are firing on all cylinders right now and it is good to see. The players are working hard and that's all you can ask for, next weekend will be a great test with two league games, I am looking forward to the next few weeks," said Yvon Corriveau.
The Jr. Wolf Pack are now 3 - 1 in AYHL League play and stand 6 - 2 overall. Next weekend they host the Philadelphia Little Flyers in a 2 game AYHL series at Champions Skating Center.
