Spring/Summer Tournament Teams

The Hartford Jr. Wolf Pack would like to give you the following opportunities to play for any of the their off-season Summer Tournament teams!

All of the tournaments will be coached by Chris Cerrella, Head Coach/GM of the Jr. Wolfpack Jr. A and B teams.

Please print out any of the applications below that you may be interested in and mail in the form along with required fee. All our teams always fill up fast so hurry up and take this opportunity while it lasts!
