Junior B's Start HOT

The Junior B Wolf Pack is off to a 3-0-0-1 start which is good to place them in first place in the Francis Divsion of the MJHL.



It is very early but the team has a lot to be proud of as they traveled to Philadelphia for a 3 game weekend where they went in needing 6 pts and they came out getting 6 pts.



"Our B team has been great, the players all want to work and get better. We can not ask for anything more, it is a great group of players and we are going to be tough to beat this season if we continue to earn wins. We had set a goal and we achieved that goal," said Chris Cerrella.



Goalie Sam Peluso stole the show this weekend getting all 3 wins and only allowing 6 goals on the weekend and forward Max Blumenfeld led the charge with 5 goals on the weekend.



"We all seemed to be on the same page. In the D Zone, the O Zone, forechecking, and back checking. We are proud of this group but we stressed to them don't get complacent its a long season," said Asst. Coach Brian Wolcott.



The B's will prepare for games this weekend against the Central Penn Panthers both games being played at the International Skating Center of Simsbury.
