Novella Impresses in Tri City USHL Skate

Hartford Jr. Wolf Pack defenseman Mike Novella had the chance to travel out to Kearney, Nebraska recently to skate with the Tri City Storm in the USHL.

Novella, a 1992 is an All-Star for the Jr. Pack who has been receiving Division 1 interest and was drafted last year in the QMJHL by Montreal, has been building himself a good resume for his future.

"Mike has really come along, he has improved on the ice and more importantly in the classroom. We got some good feedback on him and he will look to improve his game and strengthen our team down the road for the playoffs. I am very happy for him he has a bright future ahead of him, said Chris Cerrella.

The Jr. Wolf Pack will look to Novella and their other veteran defenseman Daltrey Meitz, John Corrigan, Andrew Moscardelli and Derek Giansanti to carry the load down the stretch and in to the playoffs.
