Junior A's Split Again

The Hartford Jr. A Wolf Pack split this past weekend in the leagues college showcase beating the Washington Jr. Nationals 3-2 and losing to the NY Bobcats 6-3. Friday's game the Jr. Pack found themselves down 2-0 after the first 25 minute half before exploding in the second half with 3 unanswered goals for a big come from behind victory.

On Saturday the it was a game of Special Teams as 7 of the nine goals scored in the game were scored on special teams.

"There PP beat our PP that is what it came down to. There were 17 penalties called in the game so there was not much flow, but at least we know our PK needs some work as well as our PP. We will be paying a lot of attention to special teams in the upcoming weeks," said Chris Cerrella.

The Jr. A Wolf Pack will be playing one more game against the Portland Jr. Pirates on December 12th before heading home for their much needed Christmas break.
